1/2 gallon lime sherbet
1/2 gallon pineapple sherbet
2 liters 7-up
6 ounces frozen pineapple juice
6 ounces frozen limeade
7 1/2 ounces Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
GARNISHES (optional)
Pineapple slices
Whipped cream
Maraschino cherries
DIRECTIONS
Allow sherbets to soften slightly.
Mash sherbets, frozen juices, 7-up, and cream of coconut together.
Serve in cups or hollowed out pineapples.
