This Tropical Slush with lime, coconut, and pineapple flavors is the perfect thirst-quencher for a hot summer day. Fancy it up by serving in hollowed pineapples with a cherry on top!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 gallon lime sherbet
  • 1/2 gallon pineapple sherbet
  • 2 liters 7-up
  • 6 ounces frozen pineapple juice
  • 6 ounces frozen limeade
  • 7 1/2 ounces Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
GARNISHES (optional)
  • Pineapple slices
  • Whipped cream
  • Maraschino cherries
DIRECTIONS
  1. Allow sherbets to soften slightly.
  2. Mash sherbets, frozen juices, 7-up, and cream of coconut together.
  3. Serve in cups or hollowed out pineapples.
NOTES
  • This recipe makes approximately 15 12-ounce servings (1 1/2 cups) or 22 8-ounce servings (1 cup).
