INGREDIENTS

  • 2 c. pumpkin seeds rinsed & dried
  • 3 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 shakes Tabasco sauce or more if you want it extra spicy

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 300-degrees.
  2. Place pumpkin seeds in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Stir in melted butter.
  4. In a small bowl, combine salt, cinnamon, cumin, chili powder, pumpkin pie spice, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  5. Sprinkle sugar/spice mixture over seeds and stir well to combine.
  6. Add Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce and stir well.
  7. Place seeds on a baking sheet lined with foil or a baking mat.
  8. Spread seeds across the baking sheet forming a single layer.
  9. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
